Simplify
Your Attendance Management
and Payroll Work
DigiPunch
Attendance Management System
is a time clock and attendance management system developed for Windows in a
network environment. It runs on standalone PC's as well. The
system consists of two programs: the DigiPunch Time Clock (DTC) and the
DigiPunch Manager (DM). Employees use DTC to clock in and out, while
bookkeepers and managers use DM to manage the system. DigiPunch can
concurrently work with up to 30 different stations on a network, including
any number of DTC's and DM's. This allows employees to conveniently
clock in and out at different stations, and managers to easily monitor the
system from their offices. To run DigiPunch from a single standalone
PC, simply install both DTC and DM on it.
Many companies use ADP to do their payrolls.
For these companies, Polaris Computing provides the DigiPunch-ADP Data Transfer module. Click
[here] for more information on DigiPunch-ADP Transfer.
DigiPunch will significantly simply your payroll
job and will provide valuable information to help you manage your human
resources.
It has many advanced features that you will not find in similar products on
the market. For example, it lets a manager adjust all the time clocks
on the network at once from his office with the click of a mouse button

An example of the Configuration of DigiPunch
 |
DigiPunch comes in two versions: a 16-bit
version and a 32-bit version. The 16-bit version is designed for old
PC's that are capable of running only windows 3.1. It gives new life
to otherwise useless machines by using them as time clocks. Both the 16-bit and 32-bit
versions are extremely fast and uses very little memory and disk space. The
user can exchange the 16-bit version for the 32-bit version, or vice versa,
free of charge from Polaris Computing.
