DTC Main Window

Employees enters their ID by scanning their ID cards, swiping their ID cards through a card reader, or keying in their ID on a keyboard. Employees can view their time cards without clocking in/out.

Time Card

Every time an employee clocks in or out, or when he requests to review his time card, this form appears.  It shows the time stamps and the names of the time clocks that punched these stamps.  Time stamps manually inserted by the bookkeeper or manager are marked differently.

DM Main Window

DM features an easy-to-use dropdown menu system.

System Setup

Enter these parameters to setup the system. DigiPunch will then go through the pay period cycle automatically.

Employee Entry/Edit

This form shows an employee's clock flag, "I" (in) or "O" (out), and his last time stamp. If you enter his birthday, DTC will show a small birthday card to him on his birthday when he clocks in. From here, you can change an employee's status, review his time card, or work hours history.

Error Correction

This form allows you to easily correct time card errors.

Collecting Time Cards

When each work period is over, the payroll bookkeeper needs to collect the time cards just as with mechanical time clocks.  DM will automatically checks for inconsistencies and generate a list of errors and warnings.

Time Cards Browser

Using the time card browser, you can easily find any record.  Simply enter your search criteria and press Go!
