Fixing PC Text Files Lacking of CR |
| Polaris CR Inserter
goes through text files and adds the carriage return (CR) character to
new-line marks as needed. This allows files transferred from various
systems to be properly processed on the PC. |

If you often
process text files from other systems, Polaris CR Inserter is a handy tool
for you. It is very easy to use. You can start it it
interactively as shown on the left side, as well as running if from the
command line. The command line syntax is as shown below:
PLCR input_filename [output_filename]
If output_filename is omitted, the program
will make up a filename derived from input_filename. |
