Why cannot Web Pan access some Web sites while
my Web browser can? |
| |
Because these sites support only Web browsers.
Other programs will not be able to access them.

Does Polaris Computing have a version of Web
Pan that does not have a limit on the length of item ID's List? |
| |
No. The purpose of the limit is to
prevent the program from wasting Web servers' resources. We do not
want the program to run an endless list unattended.
If you have more items than a list allows,
you can
separate your input file of item ID's into smaller files, then run
the process on each file by manually changing the input file name after
each run, or you can set up a few procedures to handle these input
files. |
